STUDENT EXCHANGE PROGRAMME AT TWINTECH

From 13 June 2009 to 26 June 2009, five students from Antlantic College, United Kingdom have being residence at Twintech College Sarawak (TCS) as part of Student Exchange Programme. It is one of the educational programmes hosted by TCS to the selected students with all-expense paid, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the different college life.

TWINTECH HOST ITS NINTH ANNUAL DINNER

Twintech College Sarawak has organized its ninth annual dinner at Merdeka Palace Hotel. The event was attended by over 140 staffs and their spouses. The theme for this year is “Black and Gold” where staffs and guests were dressed up in their stunning outfit and one thing for sure it will be a night filled with fellowship and laughter.

FIRST AID TRAINING AT TWINTECH

Recently, Twintech College Sarawak (TCS) organized a Basic First Aid and CPR Training at the college. 25 staff members from various departments attended the training. In this training, participants were exposed to on how to respond towards emergency incidents such as injuries and sudden illness. During an emergency, priority should be given to a life.

COURTESY VISIT TO TWINTECH

Recently, Twintech College Sarawak (TCS) received a courtesy visit from Sekolah Menengah Teknik Miri which involved 35 students and headed by 3 teachers. The objective of the visit was to obtain more information on the programmes offered and facilities available at TCS.

TWINTECH STUDENTS DO CHARITY WORK
|
|
Since last January until March 2009, students from Twintech College Sarawak (TCS) were involved in charity work as a part of the social community project. The students had been volunteered at Children Home, Old Folks Home, Cheshire and other associations on every Saturday afternoon, from 2pm – 4 pm carried out various work such as cleaning, gardening and especially spending time with them.

TWINTECH COLLEGE SARAWAK SPORTS DAY
|
|
Sunday, March 15, was Twintech College Sarawak’s Sports Day, and over 500 students from all the programmes took the opportunity to learn and participate in a number of different sports and activities. The fifth annual event was coordinated by Students Service Unit at the college, aimed to encourage students to get interested in sports.

FREE LAPTOP

Recently, Twintech College Sarawak (TCS) is delighted to award laptops to 28 of its Degree course students in an effort to enhance students’ learning process through acquisition of latest information technology. On behalf of TCS, the IT & Resource Executive, Miss Tan Tze Wei was extremely proud to present the laptops to the respective students. She said that laptops could assist students to research for updated information through internet as Twintech is equipped with WIFI service. TCS would like to expose its students to the global world.
